Text Messaging Information & Examples

 

ProjectsForce can send interactive text messages to any mobile device with a valid phone number capable of sending and receiving text messages. The text messages that are sent can also have responses which are all captures and displayed within each individual project. This way you can see all back and forth communication between your team and the client. ProjectsForce sends these text messages out at various times with custom messages that you can author. Below you will find examples of some of the text messages we are currently sending out today.

 

New Store Scheduled Details:

  • Good day (Client Name), this is (Your Company Name) your Lowe’s Installer. We wanted to confirm that we have received your measurement scheduled for (Date Scheduled) in the (Time Of Day Scheduled).  A member of our team will contact you the day before to provide a more specific timeframe. ​​

  • Good day (Client Name), this is (Your Company Name) your Lowe’s Installer. We wanted to confirm that we have received your measurement scheduled for (Date Scheduled) in the (Time Of Day Scheduled). The day before your appointment you will receive a text message with a more specific timeframe.

 

New Unscheduled Details:

  • Good day (Client Name), this is (Your Company Name) your Lowe’s Installer. We wanted to confirm that we have received your measurement and a member of our team will be contacting you within the next 24 business hours to schedule. 

 

Scheduled Tomorrow Reminders / Confirmations:

  • Good day (Client Name), this is (Your Company Name) your Lowe’s Installer. We wanted to remind you that your (Category) (Type) is scheduled for tomorrow (Time Of Day). Please respond yes to confirm this date and time still works for you or respond no and a member of our team will contact you to reschedule. 

 

 

Back and Forth Texting:

With ProjectsForce you can send custom text to a customer and when they respond view their response as well as send a response back to them if needed. You can go back and forth with the client just as easily as if you were texting from your phone. The benefit of doing it from ProjectsForce is that this conversation is logged and visible to all with access. 

 

In Route:

When the service provider is on his way to the client’s home, he or she can hit a button and enter the number of minutes away from the clients home they are or can simply hit a button that will indicate they are on their way. See below for examples.

•    Good day (Client Name). This is (Your Installers Name). We are on our way to your home for your (Category) (Type) and will be there in (15) minutes. 

•    Good day (Client Name). This is (Your Installers Name). We are on our way to your home for you (Category) (Type) and will be arriving shortly. 

 

Surveys:

Once a detail, project, or work order has been completed, ProjectsForce can send a text survey to the client to get feedback around their experience. 

  • Good day (Client Name). This is (Your Company Name) and we wanted to again thank you for allowing us to perform your (Category) (Type). Your feedback is important to us so please take our three-question survey. 

  • Question 1: On a scale of 1-7 how would you rate the level of professionalism of our team?

  • Question 2: On a scale of 1-7 how would you rate the level of craftsmanship of our team?

  • Question 3: We appreciate you taking the time to answer these brief questions. If you have any additional feedback, please feel free to send it now. 

Note: If the client does not respond to the first question, questions two and three will not be sent out. Each question is sent once a response has been received. 

 

These are just examples of some of the most commonly used text messages. Keep in mind that every message can be set up using one of our generic scripts, or you can provide us with a script of your own which we will set up to be sent when you want. The situations as well mentioned above are just examples, so we can send out text for various reasons and with custom messages.
